Concept of 01 Flexible Chain Plate Conveyor Line
Flexible chain plate conveyor line is a conveying method composed of aluminum profiles, support legs made of aluminum profiles, high-pressure die cast aluminum drive modules, curved aluminum profiles, and chain plates.
Due to the fact that the conveying beam and supporting legs are all made of aluminum profiles, they are easy to cut quickly, can be long or short, and can be high or low. At the same time, aluminum is easy to bend, making it convenient to directly modify the length and height of the line at the installation site. Aluminum profiles are lightweight and easy to produce the required conveying line path, so they are called flexible chain plate conveying lines.
02 Main Structure and Composition
① Conveyor chain: made of high-strength engineering plastic. The conveyor chain utilizes a carefully designed staggered yielding structure and hinge coordination between two chain links, allowing the conveyor chain to freely turn in both horizontal and vertical directions, thereby achieving spatial turning of the entire conveyor belt.
② Conveyor beam: composed of aluminum alloy profiles or stainless steel materials that have undergone anodizing treatment on the surface, and friction rails.
③ Conveyor frame body: It is also composed of aluminum alloy profiles or stainless steel materials that have undergone surface anodizing treatment.
④ Drive device: composed of aluminum drive heads and tails formed by powder metallurgy process die-casting. It is divided into single drive, dual drive, and intermediate drive.
⑤ Guiding device: Two side guardrails that can keep the material running in the middle position of the chain plate at all times.
⑥ Turning device: an internal support device for the chain plate during turning. It is divided into horizontal elbows, vertical elbows, horizontal wheel elbows, and horizontal wheels.
